Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ BSc engineer in mechanical will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management, Production planning, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring of overall operation & administrative function of the Plant.
∎ Ensuring the production quality as required for customer satisfaction and company expectation.
∎ Supervise the production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of delivery.
∎ Good Knowledge to prepare Time and Action flow chart to maintain the delivery.
∎ Effectively manage labour requirements/manpower planning, production planning, stock management, plant modifications and develop innovative systems and processes utilizing all available technology.
∎ Ensure proper and centralized planning of production to meet the delivery deadline
∎ Develop strategic operating plans that reflect company's long-term objectives and priorities
∎ Time to time communication with the Supply Chain Management team for retained materials and other aspects.
∎ Ensuring the availability & storage of quality raw materials in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Ensuring the good condition of vehicles and maintenance in proper and timely manner and reducing unnecessary maintenance cost.
∎ Maintain good liaison with local Govt. authorities, People & others
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.

∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Must be stay near factory site.
