Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
Having knowledge of Sales oriented Business will be an advantage.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Training on Sales & Marketing courses will be preferred.
Job Context :
We are looking for a potential Executive for the Sales & Marketing Department, who will create the new market selling the products to the market of Jhalokati + Pirojpur + Barguna + Bhola for Altech Aluminium Ind. Ltd. with proper reporting to the Higher Management as and when required.
Job Descriptions :
Designing, implementing and developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with the short-term and long-term objectives.
Creating and promoting a good company culture and vision in order to attract the potential customers and accomplishing the organizational mission.
Collaborating with Higher Management in setting Sales forecasting and introducing tactical initiatives to increase sales and accomplish sales target in developing new spectrum of market.
Setting strategy into actionable steps for business growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting.
Managing capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves the business targets for growth and profitability.
Writing and submitting reports to the Higher Management in all matters as and when required.
Building and maintaining trusting relationships with the key Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Customers, Clients, Business Partners, and Stakeholders etc.
Data collection of new prospects and following up. Taking corrective actions as per demand of them.
Displaying and delivering product competency analysis. Promoting a line of products to the customers.
Arranging and conducting various meetings and promotional activities on the products with the local Dealers or Salers and developing product awareness to increase the products’ brand value.
Handling credit sales & realization in a proper manner to control company costs.
Demonstrating the Products before the customers in the field.
Building and maintaining rapport with the key Customers identifying new customer opportunities.
Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the Higher Management time to time.
