Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet customers, assist with product selection, and address their inquiries. 

  • Provide consistently high customer experience standards within the Store by PUMA, Levi’s, Adidas, Nike, and Bugatti’s brand values and service standards.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer interactions and sales techniques. 

  • Assist to manage the retail store`s operations, ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and be well-versed in product features and benefits.

  • Assist to implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and sales.

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.

  • Implement sales strategies, participate in promotions, and contribute to overall sales goals.

  • Handle inventory management, monitoring stock levels, ordering, and organizing.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. 

  • Promoting additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
