Responsibilities & Context:
👔 Sales Management:
শোরুমের দৈনিক/মাসিক বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য নির্ধারণ ও তা অর্জনের জন্য টিমকে পরিচালনা করা।👥 Staff Supervision:
সেলস এক্সিকিউটিভদের কাজ তদারকি করা, ট্রেনিং দেওয়া এবং তাদের পারফরম্যান্স মূল্যায়ন করা।🛍️ Customer Service:
কাস্টমারদের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং তাদের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।📦 Inventory Management:
স্টক পর্যবেক্ষণ করা, নতুন পণ্য অর্ডার করা এবং স্টক ঘাটতি এড়ানো।💰 Cash & Reporting:
দৈনিক বিক্রয় হিসাব রাখা, ক্যাশ ম্যানেজমেন্ট করা এবং রিপোর্ট হেড অফিসে পাঠানো।
