Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years experience (preferably with exposure to government projects or tender processes)
• Previous experience in business development, public sector engagement, or agency environment preferred
• Strong understanding of government tender procedures and documentation processes
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our Growth & Strategy team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, pursuing government and institutional tenders, building strategic relationships with ministries and public sector entities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-connected, and capable of independently managing stakeholder relationships while aligning opportunities with company capabilities.

Job Details

Working days: 5 days/week (Occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs)

Location: Level 1, House 1A, Road No. 16/A, Gulshan 1, Dhaka 1212

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly government and institutional projects

• Monitor and evaluate relevant government tenders and RFPs

• Coordinate preparation and submission of proposals in collaboration with internal teams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government offices and ministries including Culture, Education, Agriculture, ICT, and Health

• Conduct regular visits to public sector offices to develop long-term partnerships

• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Finance teams to develop competitive proposals

• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track progress systematically

• Ensure timely follow-ups on proposals, meetings, and negotiations

• Support contract finalization and onboarding processes for new clients

• Contribute to overall revenue growth targets and business expansion strategies
