Job Context

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional for the position of Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales Admin. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting sales operations by ensuring effective coordination among sales, production, and supply chain functions, while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting systems, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily sales administration activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution of sales operations.

  • Monitor and maintain attendance records, leave status, and field movement tracking of the sales team to ensure discipline and accountability

  • Track and follow up on individual and team sales targets; assist in preparing target achievement reports and variance analysis

  • Coordinate with the sales team to collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements for management review

  • Ensure timely collection and consolidation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from the field force

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of sales KPIs and performance metrics

  • Assist in territory-wise sales planning and distribution of targets in coordination with the sales leadership team

  • Verify and process sales-related claims, incentives, and expense reports in line with company policies

  • Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with the sales team

  • Ensure proper use and data accuracy in ERP systems related to sales operations

  • Support audit activities by providing required sales documents, reports, and compliance records

  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases, sales records, and reporting systems

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including documentation and follow-up activities

  • Monitor order status proactively and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review and decision-making

  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures

  • Respond to client queries related to order processing, delivery schedules, and service issues in a professional manner

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall sales administration efficiency
