Job Context
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional for the position of Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales Admin. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting sales operations by ensuring effective coordination among sales, production, and supply chain functions, while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting systems, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily sales administration activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution of sales operations.
Monitor and maintain attendance records, leave status, and field movement tracking of the sales team to ensure discipline and accountability
Track and follow up on individual and team sales targets; assist in preparing target achievement reports and variance analysis
Coordinate with the sales team to collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements for management review
Ensure timely collection and consolidation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from the field force
Support the implementation and monitoring of sales KPIs and performance metrics
Assist in territory-wise sales planning and distribution of targets in coordination with the sales leadership team
Verify and process sales-related claims, incentives, and expense reports in line with company policies
Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with the sales team
Ensure proper use and data accuracy in ERP systems related to sales operations
Support audit activities by providing required sales documents, reports, and compliance records
Maintain and regularly update customer databases, sales records, and reporting systems
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including documentation and follow-up activities
Monitor order status proactively and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review and decision-making
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Respond to client queries related to order processing, delivery schedules, and service issues in a professional manner
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall sales administration efficiency
