Purpose of the job: Ensure sales target achivement by maximizing profitby the following tasks:
1. Prepare annual sales budget, Promotional budget and marketing budget to get advantage from
competitors.
2. Prepare Marketing plan for four Mega Brand of National AgriCare (eg. Splendor, Tipoff, NAC Gold, Veer)
3. Organize & Conduct Training program for all PP/RSO/TSO/Regional Head twice in a year.
4. Develop market penetration plan, market development plan based on crop potentiality and market potentiality.
5. Develop new source and new product for sustainable business growth.
Job Customer:
Internal: Superior, Sales Team, Marketing Team and all cross functional department
External: DAE, BADC, BARI, BRRI, Regulatory Authority, NGOs and all stake holders
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Prepare long term, Mid-term and short-term sales plan on mega brand products
2. Prepare strategy to make No. one position on made in Bangladesh products (eg. Advertising, bill board, video, branding in DAE, customer, retailer and farmers level)
3. Prepare marketing plan for Mega brand and made in Bangladesh products
4. Prepare and develop updated and effective promotional materials
5. Develop and prepare training manuals for sales and marketing team
6. Develop and maintain relationship and communication with the personnel of DAE, BADC, BARI, BRRI,
NGOs and others stakeholders
7. Generate innovative ideas to develop promotional strategies and programs
8. Monitor promotional program in terms of actual/Projection
9. Ensure effective utilization of promotional fund
10. Monitor the sales against sales target and develop appropriate strategy to meet sales forecast
11. Monitor the competitor's product, brand, activities, pricing, program for formulate the business
decision
12. Co-ordinate with the cross functional department regarding RM, PM, ROFO for stable FG production
and supply
13.Establish long lasting sales and marketing team for sustainable business.
14. Prepare a plan for secured business in the long run (eg. Security deposit from customer)
15. Establish and strengthen distribution network through cost effective operation
