• Drive zonal sales growth through corporate (institutional) clients and ensure achievement of assigned targets

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients across hospitals, corporate offices, NGOs, and hospitality sectors

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth

• Manage major corporate accounts, handle negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Negotiate contracts and ensure proper execution of agreements

• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the institutional sales team within the zone

• Set sales targets for the team and provide regular coaching and field support

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities

• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to corporate clients
