Experience:
B.Sc in Engineering from any Govt. or Govt. Approved University.
Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Power) from any Govt. or Govt. Approved Polytechnic Institute
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from any reputed institute.
Minimum 2/3 years of experience in sales of Engineering Products/Spares/Service
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Advanced knowledge in MS Word/Excel/Power Point
Willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per company prospects
Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/spares/services to prospective and existing customers.
Conduct site visit, technical discussion and client meeting
Prepare quotation, technical proposal and cost estimation (if required)
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
Coordination with engineering and project team for smooth execution
Prepare sales report and submission to the supervisor/management.
Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions as required.
Salary: Negotiable
Incentive: Performance-based quarterly incentives, which will be applicable after a provision period of 06 months.
