Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with corporate clients, distributors, retailers, and nursery owners to promote and drive sales of ACI Fertilizer products across Dhaka city.
Provide customized urban gardening and landscaping solutions based on client requirements and site conditions.
Assist in indoor and outdoor plant beautification, installation, and maintenance projects to enhance client satisfaction.
Ensure timely product delivery by maintaining regular communication and coordination with depots and logistics teams.
Support the marketing and sales teams by sharing market insights, competitor activities, and field-level data from urban areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Conduct site visits and client consultations to identify opportunities for product application and service expansion.
Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly to improve service quality and brand reputation.
