Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager, Showroom/ Plaza is responsible for driving sales, managing multiple showrooms, and ensuring profitability within the assigned area. The role involves team management, customer relationship building, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth across showrooms.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversion rates.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales tactics.

  • Drive promotional campaigns and seasonal offers in coordination with the marketing team.

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple showrooms to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Maintain inventory levels, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Optimize showroom layout and product displays for maximum customer engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

  • Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.

  • Handle escalations and resolve conflicts among team members effectively.
