Maidecal Seiko Technology is a Chinese manufacturer of advanced industrial machinery operating under the brand HADEN. We specialize in providing high-quality engineering solutions including Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake, Shearing Machines, Crusher Machines, and Shredder Machines.

We are expanding our operations in Bangladesh and looking for dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineers to develop our market and support industrial clients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales/Marketing Manager/Executive - Heavy Machinery

2. Sales Manager: 3-7 Years Experience industrial machinery sales (preferred)

3. Senior/Junior Executive :1-3 Years Experience and Fresh Mechanical/Electrical engineers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply

4. Develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors

5. Promote and sell industrial machinery under the Haden brand

6. Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable machinery solutions

7. Conduct client visits, factory inspections, and product demonstrations

8. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and follow-ups

9. Coordinate with factory (China) and local technical team when required

10. Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

11. Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients

Additional Requirements:

• Strong understanding of industrial equipment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Willingness to travel for client visits and factory inspections

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
