Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Production - Resolving Fabric quality issues with Cutting and providing solution for the sewing , Finishing Backlog to clear and avoid accumulation, Adherence to strict Third party Garment quality requirement.
∎ Achieving the Production targets as per the commitment given to management and meet shipment dates including HOURLY/Daily / Achieving Production target as per the monthly plan
∎ Maintain and Train the Team members for better understanding of Productivity and Targets.
∎ Strictly adherence to the budgeted manpower. Need to maintain Operations within Cost Targets
∎ Ensuring the Cut to Ship ratio and minimize sewing rejections.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Ensuring Team work among the Staffs
∎ Self confident and motivated.
