Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Garment Accessories, Garment Factory, Garment General Store, Garment manufacturing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 10 Years of experience in a large reputed garments factory, factory management, Garment production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Merchandising & Planning department.
∎ Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
∎ Capability to prepare Production Plan as per shipment schedules.
∎ Demonstrate the ability of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Reasonable knowledge of modern machinery and equipment.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as per the style feeding plan.
∎ Having the ability to understand the importance and the relevance of Industrial Engineering activities.
∎ Develop efficient strategies that reduce production costs as and where it is possible. Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
∎ Should be adequately knowledgeable to be able to do machine layout planning, time & motion study etc.
∎ Develop SOPs and KPIs for each section head /Manager so that there is a month end indication of the standard of the work of all the employees.
∎ Supervise and monitoring of day to day work of Marketing & Merchandising team activities and buyer correspondences in relation to production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 10 years' experience and 5 years in Production Manager Position in any reputed garment (Woven/Apparel/Knitting) factory.
∎ Working experience with most top branded customers will be an added advantage. Should possess, sufficient knowledge to understand buyer specifications and requirements.
∎ Should be an excellent team player with ability work independently with positive mind set in order to deliver results desired by the company.

Salary: Negotiable
