Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, electrical or related engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and implement a predictive and preventive maintenance process to eliminate operational interruptions related to services and in the building in general.
∎ Ensure implementation of LOTO and the industrial safety programs.
∎ Maintain adequate management of consumption of services (water, energy and fuel), identify deviations in consumption outside the standard and propose correction of root causes. Give visibility to the production consumption and its relative trends.
∎ Development and implementation of continuous improvement measures related to service consumption.
∎ Support for the elimination of obstacles and accelerate the execution of continuous improvement actions related to processes.
∎ Coordinate installation of new machines or changes in the existing layout.
∎ Inspect the reception of machines and equipment in the construction area (textile plant and collection centers).
∎ Maintain the service measurement systems.
∎ Maintain monitoring systems for the generation and presentation of reports.
∎ Control and supervise the return of condensate to the boilers in quantity and quality.
∎ Guarantee the best chemical treatment of water to the boilers.
∎ Ensure that best maintenance practices and schedules are followed for steam, power and compressed air generation equipment.
∎ Support the maintenance department in controlling the use of steam.
∎ Maintain constant development and monitoring of the efficiencies of steam and power generation.
∎ Ensure that PM programs are followed to maintain the integrity of all steam generation, compressed air, and water pumping equipment.
∎ Preparation and management of budgets.
∎ Creation and implementation of budget controls.
∎ Implementation & manage of CMMS system
∎ Implementation of employee development programs with internal or external resources.
∎ When required, preparation of electrical and electromechanical designs related to projects with budgets, timeline and BOQ annexes.
∎ Alignment with the company's directives and strategies.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Very Good Communication Skill- English and Bangla

∎ Good skill on Windows (Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Project), AUTOCAD etc.
