Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation from a reputed university with good academic track record. Textile Engineers will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric development, Knit Fabrics Dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Multinational Companies, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure quality of all knit Fabric products in every steps of production i.e. Knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing Finishing, Printing, Embroidery, Cutting etc.
∎ He should be able to find out faults in the Fabric making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the Fabrics are minimized.
∎ The candidate should have expertise to train the Quality Team members & should be able to guide them effectively & efficiently.
∎ Candidates who worked in Knit Fabric Quality Control in the capacity of Deputy Manager/Manager are only requested to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years practical experience as Fabric Manager in a 100% Export Oriented knit factory.
∎ Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and good command in Mailing).
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command on English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Negotiation skill and Market Information.
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Must have Vast Knowledge about knit Garments.
∎ Must have good skill of mail corresponding directly.
∎ Must have good knowledge in price quotation and product development.
∎ Must have idea about all knitting process, printing, embroidery and wash.
∎ Should be transparent, ethical and always act on behalf of company in the daily work routines and in Business relations.
