• Good understanding of Bangladesh Bank reporting systems and regulatory returns.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation ability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data handling).

• Working knowledge of SQL or database systems for MIS maintenance.

• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) will be an advantage.

• Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory reports to Bangladesh Bank within deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank circulars, formats, and reporting guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection, reconciliation, and validation.

• Maintain proper documentation and audit history for all regulatory submissions.

• Perform data validation checks prior to regulatory submission.

• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.

• Ensure alignment between MIS data, financial statements, and regulatory reports.

• Maintain and update MIS databases and reporting datasets on a regular basis.

• Extract and organize data from databases for reporting purposes.

• Assist in improving reporting templates and process efficiency.

• Respond to regulatory queries, inspections, and audit requirements when required.
