Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes
∎ Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations
∎ Search for possibilities to reduce taxes
∎ Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities
∎ Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements
∎ Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports
∎ Analyzing the Export L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Trouble shooting relating to Export.
∎ Play a supervisory role in organizing export documents (UD, BL, NOC, GSP, CO/SAFTA/AFTA Invoice, Packing list-summary and detail packing list, Bill of exchange, beneficiary certificate, QC Inspection Certificate, Certificate of Origin).
∎ Send accurate export documents to the buyer / buying office and follows up with local bank, mitigates issues by providing supporting documents for collecting foreign payments timely as per Bangladesh government rules and regulation.
∎ Monitor overall activities of shipment store once goods are ready to dispatch from shipment store.
∎ Ensure space booking organizes PO wise shipment documents
∎ Maintain regular communication with several forwarders at a time and handovers consignments with accurate documents timely and follow up freight forwarders bill.
∎ Coordinate all deliveries and security arrangements from the port to facility.
∎ Provide Export estimates and information regarding exporting from the country (Via Air, Ocean and Truck).
∎ Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects.
∎ Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-12 years practical working experience in any reputed export oriented Woven & Knit Garments Industries.
∎ Capable to deal promptly with emergency situations
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali & English
∎ Good knowledge on computer operation.
∎ Handling buyer AWG, Big W, CNN, Henbury, J.D. Williams, Common People, Kingfisher, Primark, Regatta, LIDL, Kaufland, Lowes, BMG, Mantis, CARRY, Best & Less, New Yorker, etc.

Salary: Negotiable
