Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBM/Masters/B.Sc. (Engg.)/ Four years' Bachelor degree in any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited university having no 3rd class/division in any of the examinations.
∎ The Candidates must be computer literate with operational knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point, and must be fluent in English.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct and control core activities related to Corporate Business.
∎ Ensure new business and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential corporate clients and regular visit clients to maintain close liaison and coordination.
∎ Assist HOD in developing and achieving the strategic and operational objectives of the Corporate Business unit.
∎ Assess fresh, enhancement of existing and renewal of corporate credit proposal through various financial tools (including market adjusted ones).
∎ Administer and provide comprehensive banking services to corporate clients.
∎ Prepare memos to different approval authorities ensuring compliance with necessary guidelines, rules and regulations, and applicable credit norms of the Bank.
∎ Monitor credit and ensure proper documentation.
∎ Mentor junior members of the team for growth and development.
∎ Participate Ad-hoc projects for the Bank.
∎ Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management or Line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years' and above of professional experience in the relevant field in reputed commercial banks.
∎ Age not over 40 years.
∎ Suitable candidates must have started their career through a competitive recruitment examination.
∎ Proven working experience with leading corporate clients of different sectors.
∎ Clear concept on Regulatory guide & requirement.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate Credit Proposal Preparation & Analysis, Credit Documentation & Analysis, Credit Risk Management & Analysis, Business Development , Financial Statement Analysis & Reporting.
∎ Team leading experience will be considered as added advantage.
