Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Control and ensure the quality of finishing and packing as per customers’ preconditions.
∎ • Conduct regular inspections of finished garments to assess quality, fit, and adherence to specifications.
∎ • Coordinate daily activities and assignments within the finishing section to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
∎ • Manage and train a team of quality inspectors and Staffs, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
∎ • Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement corrective & preventive actions.
∎ • Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection team.
∎ • Establish and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ • Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives for the finished product.
∎ • Check daily reports, analyze, and give feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ • Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising, production, planning, CAD and other departments. • Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development.
∎ • Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues.
∎ • Conduct final quality assessments prior to shipment, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements.
∎ • Perform any other tasks as assigned.
