Executive/Sr. Executive (Sales) for Corporate Office - Rangpur (06) and Dhaka (04) recruitments!

Applications are invited for the position Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales) for the Real Estate Department.

  • Customer Support, Flat / Land Sales, New client make.
  • Execute sales, Follow - up the client, Create new client etc.
  • Flat and Land Share knowledge, Prospect generation, Negotiation, Booking Collection, Letter allotment.
  • To create prospect, Follow- to them, Flat and Land knowledge, to achieve target, reporting to departmental head.
  • Explain about Flat and Land to the client, Follow-up to the client, Relationship buildup, to create new prospect, regular reporting to the departmental head.
  • Maintained company records and policies.
  • Scrutinized working personnel activities and saw to it that they work efficiently.
  • Coordinate and maintain official duty records of team leader groups.
  • Strong calls to action to entice visitors to use or inquire about your services.
  • Direct sales, Corporate Sales, NRB sales, Team planning.
  • To achieve The Target of Sales and Try to achieve The Team Target by Direct Marketing.
  • Sell Land Share and Flat by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
