Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing purchasing Policy & strategies.
∎ Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
∎ Managing smooth liaison with listed/non listed supplier.
∎ To ensure goods with competitive price with schedule timeline.
∎ Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
∎ Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
∎ Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
∎ Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
∎ Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
∎ Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
∎ Any other related task assigned assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Working experience on purchase/procurement Department.
∎ • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
∎ • Must have knowledge on SAP Software.
∎ • Strong planning and organizational skills.
∎ • Ability to work independently.
