1. Proven experience in an IE role within the woven garments industry.
2. Proficiency in GSD with license and experience with method studies, motion studies, and time studies.
3. Strong analytical skills for cost and productivity analysis.
4. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
5. Ability to monitor multiple production lines and ensure efficiency.
6. Bust Knowledge of garment processes and familiar with all machines.

1. Operation Bulletin (OB) Preparation: 

1. Develop operation bulletins for three stages: Initial Proto Sample and FIT, approved sample, and the actual OB for layout.
2. Prepare operation breakdowns for woven items such as shirts, jackets, Dress, swimming shorts, and Top- bottoms.

2. GSD Expertise & Sample Process Monitoring:

1. To maintain GSD for OB generated.
2. Monitor sample process development as per costing.
3. Coordinate sample & production team for risk analysis.

3.Cost and Productivity Analysis:

1. Analyze CM and productivity details for all new development styles based on garment sketches or samples.
2. Provide CM to the merchandising department.

4.Post-Order Analysis:

1. Re-evaluate garments after order confirmation to identify better and more economical methods to reduce the negotiated CM, ensuring a safe margin.

5.Operation and Production Management:

1. Finalize operation bulletins, line targets, line balancing & re-engineering for better productivity.
2. Analyze critical process with regular line wise production follow-ups, monitor line balancing, and efforts to reduce productivity gaps and improve efficiency.

6.Productivity Improvement:

1. Enhance productivity and efficiency through method studies, motion studies, time studies, and line balancing along with floor IE.

7. WIP Reduction and Issue Resolution:

1. Monitor WIP and identify bottlenecks, technical difficulties, and quality-related issues.

8. Coordination with Planning Department:

1. Coordinate with the planning department for the allocation of similar styles, capacity planning, line planning, and factory monthly planning based online and factory efficiency.

9. Thread Consumption and SAM Database:

1. Prepare style-wise thread consumption reports.
2. Update the SMV database regular basis.
