∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Network System, Computer Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Hospital, Software Company, ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good at problem-solving;
∎ Able to explain technical problems in simple terms;
∎ In-depth knowledge of network types (LAN & WAN);
∎ Knowledge of Call Center ,DNS, DHCP, PPPoE, Static and TCP/IP Management;
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills on IP Phone,CC camera, Dish Line-Cable TV,Nurse Calling System, Sound System(PA),Barcode and Card Printer, Network printer, mobile devices, peripherals & software;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills;
∎ Good knowledge of networking and Consumer Network Equipment (WiFi Routers) in order to diagnose connectivity issues;
∎ Must have very good knowledge about various OS (Windows, Linux, and MAC OS etc.);
∎ Good understanding of OLT - ONU Network
∎ Must have to do the duty roster basis
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Performing installations and deployments of various network solutions like Mikrotik router, Cisco switch, firewall, Fiber & Radio link.
∎ Perform network improvements, upgrades and repairs .
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Provide professional guidance, assistance and supervise all kind of network troubleshooting and use support activities.
∎ Responsible to implement and maintain system documents and operational procedures.
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the Head of ICT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), IT System Management, Security Management of IT Companies or Hospital
∎ Commendable communication skill
∎ Problem solving skill
∎ CCNA,Mikrotik and RHCE Vendor Certified preferable.
