Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration,or a related field from a recognized university.
• A Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage.

Currently we are looking for a highly competent HR Professional for our factory who will be responsible to steer the overall HR, Admin & Compliance operations in a highly professional manner.
• Manage HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
• Ensure all the operations of the factory are fully compliant with applicable local law & Economic Zone policy of Bangladesh.
• Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, General Security Verification Audit & Technical Audit and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline
• Streamline manpower planning & budgeting procedure.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
