Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Candidate having Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resources Management must be required.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Well known about Bangladesh Labor Law            

  • Excellent organizational and Strong communications skills.           

  • Knowledge of ERP will be preferable.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To involves developing and enforcing HR policies, managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, overseeing training and performance programs, addressing factory-specific HR challenges, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a culture aligned with company`s values of empowerment and inclusivity.            

  • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.           

  • Assisting with new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.           

  • Maintaining and updating employee records and databases. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.           

  • Compiling HR-related data and generating reports for analysis.            

  • Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation planning.         

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.         

  • Oversee benefits administration Communicate benefits information to employees and handle inquiries.           

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.            

  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.            

  • Manage employee relations and address any issues or grievances.           

  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs.

  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
