Experience:
Candidate having Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resources Management must be required.
Well known about Bangladesh Labor Law
Excellent organizational and Strong communications skills.
Knowledge of ERP will be preferable.
To involves developing and enforcing HR policies, managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, overseeing training and performance programs, addressing factory-specific HR challenges, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a culture aligned with company`s values of empowerment and inclusivity.
Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
Assisting with new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Maintaining and updating employee records and databases. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Compiling HR-related data and generating reports for analysis.
Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation planning.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Oversee benefits administration Communicate benefits information to employees and handle inquiries.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Manage employee relations and address any issues or grievances.
Coordinate and conduct training and development programs.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
