Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Bonded warehouse work.
∎ The Executive/Sr. Executive- Bond is Mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall Bonded warehouse work function.
∎ Job Location – Job location will be Head Office and Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the general activities administration of the warehouse to data entry and using the computer system for goods in/out, dealing with documentation, raising stock discrepancies, asset tagging, producing barcode labels, assisting with stock management, organising couriers and to include support and assistance to customers, helping to resolve issues in accordance with applicable requirements.
∎ Assist in specific administration duties including maintaining appropriate records to appropriate criteria including details relating to the carrier, importer and goods and insert as applicable e.g. HMRC gateway systems, EMCIS system.
∎ effective liaison with external and internal customers including liaising with HMRC and dealing with associated paperwork and customs clearance
∎ carry out planned tasks in accordance with agreed requirements and within agreed time limits.
∎ maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.
∎ You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally.
∎ You must carry out your duties to the best of your ability, having consideration for the needs of your colleagues and the Organization and its clients/customers. You must obey all lawful and reasonable orders given to you and comply with the Organization’s rules, procedures and policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 to 05 Years of experience in a large reputed Textile Industries
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bonded Warehouse related all activities
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile Industries/RMG/Knitting Factory
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
