Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor daily production; make daily production report and tracking section wise production.
∎ To meet unexpected conditions, production planner makes hurry operations plan for solving the delay schedules or alters schedules.
∎ Closely activity all pre-production activities and priority-based work progressing.
∎ Prepare master schedule to establish production sequence and lead time of each production to meet shipment.
∎ Prepare production specifications and maintains the plant capacity data.
∎ Prepare a plans and schedules workflow for each department.
∎ To give the guidance of production workers production planner makes a plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations.
∎ To determine the update status of assigned projects he confers with department supervisors.
∎ Prepare periodic report.
∎ Prepares daily production reports.
∎ Setting production target and archive on time.
∎ Update production planning time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
∎ Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meeting to implement planning.
∎ Monitor daily cutting, sewing, finishing, make daily production report and tracking section wise, line wise, buyer wise & style wise production.
