∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial production, Production Process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring daily production as per market demand.
∎ Attending daily assembly to discuss production status and ongoing problems.
∎ Monitoring production process, machinery modification, upgrades, and troubleshooting during operation and maintenance period to get the highest efficiency.
∎ Analyzing the machine breakdown, spare parts planning for maintenance, and corrective and preventive action.
∎ Preparing the Monthly consumption statement like various products’ raw and packing materials.
∎ Minimizing the production wastage that is related to machine breakdown.
∎ Conducting the GMP, HK, QMS, and 5’S internal audit and ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed in the production process as per standard.
∎ Preparing Production budget and ensuring that the production is cost-efficient.
∎ Attending to all breakdown maintenance promptly to minimize production loss.
∎ Demonstrating the ability to use ERP/SAP systems within a production environment.
∎ Preparing daily/weekly/monthly production reports for the factory head as per the requirement
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
