Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor manpower requirements as per the approved manpower plan and subsequent requirement, selection & placement.
∎ Ensure workers collection for recruitment and maintaining recruitment procedure.
∎ Follow up uniform, ID card distribution & record keeping. Taking disciplinary action as per law when required.
∎ Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
∎ Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
∎ Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
∎ Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
∎ Check salary sheet before payment and signing.
∎ Participate in all types of routine employee disciplinary matters & labor relation matters.
∎ Monitor cash salary distribution.
∎ Ensure frequently floor monitoring & maintain a worker's discipline. Prepare disciplinary action-related papers.
∎ Arrangement of the workers' service book.
∎ Conduct & develop new employee & workers Orientation Program.
∎ Provides support and guidance to staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
