Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process and ability to work in a team to improve existing HR processes
∎ Preparation / Issue letters, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work
∎ Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department
∎ Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software
∎ Improve Employees/workers and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace
∎ Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly
∎ Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them
∎ Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc.
∎ Check and verify all final settlements of resigned, dismissed or terminated employees
∎ Execute day to day HR related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves
∎ Defining SOP and processes and setting KPI & ROI for each role
∎ Ensure timely salary disbursement, on time employee appraisal, confirmation etc.
∎ Assist in timely performance appraisal process
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Candidates having payroll processing experience will be preferred
