Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing day-to-day user support.
∎ Managing and maintaining the internet & data routers, ensuring the Media Converter.
∎ Performing hardware troubleshooting as per requirement.
∎ Updating the IT inventory on a daily basis.
∎ Installing, updating, and maintaining essential software as per users needs.
∎ Managing the entire network infrastructure of the office.
