Executive/Sr Executive Digital Sales & Performance is responsible to drive digital revenue growth by supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms, while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, ensure efficient budget utilization, and align cross-functional stakeholders toward achieving business targets

What You Will Do

  • Assist in execution and optimization of performance campaigns across digital platforms

  • Track daily performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, revenue) and ensure efficiency

  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery to meet business targets

  • Coordinate with brand, sales, and platform teams for seamless execution

  • Identify performance gaps and recommend optimization actions

  • Prepare reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy across channels

  • Support campaign audits, testing (A/B), and learning documentation

  • Track competitor and category activities to inform strategy

Reports to: Head of Digital Sales, Corporate
