Executive/Sr Executive Digital Sales & Performance is responsible to drive digital revenue growth by supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms, while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, ensure efficient budget utilization, and align cross-functional stakeholders toward achieving business targets
What You Will Do
Assist in execution and optimization of performance campaigns across digital platforms
Track daily performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, revenue) and ensure efficiency
Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery to meet business targets
Coordinate with brand, sales, and platform teams for seamless execution
Identify performance gaps and recommend optimization actions
Prepare reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy across channels
Support campaign audits, testing (A/B), and learning documentation
Track competitor and category activities to inform strategy
