∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all Fabric/Trims as per Document as per SOP.
∎ Conduct physical inventory as per Documents with Packing List
∎ Submit Fabric/Trims for quality inspection
∎ Complete GRN as per actual Quantity in ERP system(SAP)
∎ Submit Inventory report for relevant Department with Variance.
∎ Keep All goods As per inside Rack/Bin as per customer wise.
∎ Maintain Rack/Bin Information.
∎ Issued Goods as per request given By production department
∎ Update Issued Quantity in ERP System (SAP)
∎ Maintain Stock record daily/Monthly/yearly
∎ Maintain overall housekeeping and compliance issue.
∎ Communicate with relevant Department time to time when there will be any Fabric/Trims related issue.
∎ Take initiative to solve all fabric/Trims related issue is there.
∎ Conduct daily Meeting with relevant department as per SOP.
∎ Good knowledge to maintain ERP system ( Sap or others) and MS Excel.
∎ Good Knowledge to maintain communication through Mail.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Good computer operating knowledge
