Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all employee transport and regulate their movement on daily basis as per company requirement.
∎ Smoothly manage employee transport pool schedule to ensure maximum availability.
∎ Oversee the routine maintenance and servicing work of company vehicles and support assets.
∎ Collect quotations from suppliers for purchase and negotiate for minimum spare parts cost and ensure the quality of spare parts.
∎ Analyze companies' regular transportation repair and vehicle road cost bills.
∎ Supervise all sample transport from and to buyer office, factories etc.
∎ Track driver & vehicle documentation ensure they are renewed on time.
∎ Verify monthly driver salary & overtime reports against logs and record.
∎ Monitor driver activity with VTS system as required.
∎ Prepare Weekly/Monthly reports to improve operational efficiency
∎ Any other related tasks as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Ability to efficiently manage resources.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Salary: Negotiable
