∎ Bachelor Degree from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Time management of workers in-out.
∎ Skill in Attendance Control System / ERP software.
∎ Daily workers attendance card maintain & report.
∎ Maintain attendance, leave, tiffin, complaint register.
∎ Reporting tasks on daily, weekly, monthly & as require basis.
∎ Coordinate every moment with all section / department.
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the head of department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in factory time section.
∎ Knowledge about disciplinary issues of workers.
∎ Standard typing speed in Bangla & English.
∎ Able & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
∎ In depth knowledge in labor law.
