Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looks after project work daily as per drawing and monitor the project time to time.
∎ Visits projects to look after the erection progress and process.
∎ Costing analysis before starting any project and proper planning.
∎ Preplan for upcoming projects and Prepares erection schedule for any specific project.
∎ Attends site meeting with client when required and execute the work accordingly.
∎ Maintains erection & painting budgets and optimize expenses.
∎ Makes safety and health planning and execution for erection work at site.
∎ Understands erection drawings and provides instruction to site engineer/ Supervisor.
∎ Checks site related expenses bills, contractor's bills, site conveyance and food bills.
∎ Provides pre-budget for crane related expense for every project.
∎ Provides painting requisition and indent for tools and money provide.
∎ Involves Erector, Painter selection process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 year experience of Steel Bulding.
Salary: Negotiable
