Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using prepared scripts.
- Answer questions about products, services, and the company to address customer inquiries.
- Ask probing questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
- Engage customers in conversations to build rapport and ensure a positive experience.
- Listen to customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to generate repeat sales.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
- Process orders efficiently and ensure all details are correct.
- Handle customer grievances professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales quotas and facilitate future sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities.
