Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Look after administrative staff
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Make a routine for Students and Faculties
  • Solve problems of Students and Faculties
  • Follow up on classes
  • Take feedback from the Faculties
  • Collect payment from Students
  • Disburse payment
