Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, Sales and Marketing
∎ 𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨
∎ • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
∎ • Answering questions about products or the company
∎ • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
∎ • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
∎ • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ • Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
∎ • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
∎ • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
∎ 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
∎ • Considerable Educational Background
∎ • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ • Able to communicate in English
∎ • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
∎ • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ • Graduation or Post Graduation in any field is preferable
