∎ Skills Required: ERP: SAP S4 HANA. Operating Systems: MS Windows and Linux. Lang, Information technology, IT Support Service, SAP BASIS Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, SAP S4hana
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Material Master Management in SAP
∎ Transfer of one Material to another Material in SAP.
∎ Maintenance of conversion factor for Base Unit of Measurement in SAP.
∎ Maintenance of Material Master Description for FG, SFG, Raw materials and Accessories in SAP.
∎ Material movement management regarding Sub-contracting business in SAP.
∎ Material devaluation for Left Over in SAP.
∎ Material Master Segmentation Management in SAP.
∎ SAP BOM (Bill of Materials) Maintenance for SD and PP.
∎ Material movement management regarding Job order business in SAP.
∎ Delivery and Billing Management and Account Determination in Billing in SAP.
∎ Releasing the PR/PO in SAP after checking approval from Management.
∎ Changes regarding Knit Card in SAP.
∎ MIGO of IT MRC Services and Other MIGO in SAP.
∎ Collaborating with SAP Functional team for SD MM & PP and End Users.
∎ Trouble shooting on End Users side on daily activities.
∎ Troubleshooting every day's issues given by end users in terms of SAP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of Material Master Management.
∎ Understanding of impact of material movement in MM, SD and FI.
∎ Understanding of Sub-contracting process.
∎ To know about Job Order and Stock upload as per requirement.
∎ To Know about STO, and STO change as per business requirement.
∎ Understanding SAP BoM, BoM unlock as per business requirement.
∎ To know about SAP PO. What types of PO in SAP and know about SAP MIGO.
∎ To Know how to do SAP MIGO.
∎ To Know about Stock upload and offsetting concept.
∎ To Know about SAP PR and PO.
∎ Should be capable to complete day to day plant support.
∎ Work under Pressure and Hardworking mind set
∎ Comfortable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
