• The incumbent must be a talent specialist
• Identify, engage, and attract top talent through headhunting, networking, and market mapping.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, professional networks, and recruitment platforms.
• Maintain a talent database for future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Assist in payroll preparation and analysis
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Must be profecient in HR operation
• S/he should be a good fit in managing culturally sound and change management office environment
