∎ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla and absolute discretion & willingness to maintain confidentiality
∎ Excellent report writing & documentation skills
∎ Superb coordination skills
∎ Detailed knowledge on standard secretarial and administrative services, especially in communication, calendar management, coordination & filing systems
∎ Understanding on international development organization's work environment and standards will be an advantage
∎ Expertise in use of Project Management tools, MS Office; especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
