Job Responsibilities:
To execute procurement activities by using the SAP MM module
To procure promotional items, gift items, printing items, packaging items, and non-standard production materials based on the requirement
To ensure cost-effective, quality, and timely delivery of required items
To maintain an updated suppliers database and prepare requests for quotations based on requirements
To follow up with suppliers to collect quotations and address any clarifications
To negotiate pricing, delivery items, and quality standards with suppliers to optimize procurement cost
To prepare tender, collect quotation, purchase order (PO) & CS as per requirement
To negotiate prices with suppliers to meet the organization's expectations
To follow up with suppliers to ensure plan-wise delivery
