Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct vendor sourcing, selection, and management.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
Collect quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and compliance with company policy.
Conduct regular supplier follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor and research market trends for better procurement strategies.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support business needs.
Maintain accurate data and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
