Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Supply Chain Management to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, logistics, and supporting the timely delivery of goods and materials in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
2.Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
3.Assist in demand forecasting and planning to align supply with business needs.
4.Support logistics and distribution activities, including transportation scheduling and shipment tracking.
5.Maintain accurate records of supply chain transactions in ERP systems.
6.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
7.Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
8.Generate and analyze supply chain reports for decision-making support.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement. Fresher also Apply.
3.Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
4.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
5.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of lean supply chain principles or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
