Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect challan, Packing list, and invoice from the concerned dept regarding all the material which is/are supposed to be unloaded and stored in an area where it can be identified.
∎ To verify the arrival of the Material, Bill/Challan and make unloading from the vehicle
∎ To prepare a GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and send it to the concerned Authority for inspection
∎ To ensure the entry of the receipt quantity in the stock ledger
∎ To use rejected tag If the material is rejected and inform the Supplier through the Purchase department.
∎ To prepare material rejection notes and get the approval of the Unit Head.
∎ To send the material back to the supplier along with the Material Rejection Note.
∎ To store the Material at the designated location in Store and Mark the location in the Stock Ledger/System.
∎ To issue material based on FIFO and LIFO.
∎ To ensure the entry reagrding issued quantity in the stock ledger.
∎ Any other duties and reponsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
