Job Context:
∎ We SJM Industries Ltd. (auto parts manufacturing company in BD) searching for an energetic, experienced, self motivated & dedicated person to build up his career with us.
∎ Job Location : Ashulia, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall IT Concern Of SJM Industries and proper utilization of team member
∎ Cost Cutting for regular Purchasing and Servicing Item Monthly Internal Bill, Cartridge Riffling and Other IT Service Charges
∎ Manage and design new IT Infrastructure for New and Old Location
∎ Responsible For Getting The Quotation Related To IT Products
∎ Manage External Vendor's Relationships And Services
∎ To maintain Server UP Time.
∎ To install & Implement Security Firewall & Security Polices.
∎ To Install and Implement Active Directory
∎ To Upgrade and Maintain Company Emails and Website
∎ Proper Working and Installation Maintain backup and upgrade Tally ,SAP And Other ERP Application
∎ To Maintain Optimum Level Of Hardware and Networking Devices.
∎ Formulation & Implementation Of IT Security Polices
∎ Manage Multiple Areas Of Technology And Multiple Plants/Departments
∎ Ensure Timely And Accurate Delivery Of Technology Products And Services.
∎ Oversee New System Facilitation ,Current System Enhancements
∎ Manage Internal/External application Upgrades.
∎ Ensure Proper Working Of Installed CCTV Security Systems In All Plant's And Regular Servicing Of The Camera And Backup
∎ MIS Preparation
∎ Manage Vehicle GPS Tracking System
∎ Manage Mobile Tracking System For Overall Meenakshi Group
∎ Manage Telecom EPABX and Other Communication Task
∎ Maintain Units Barcode SQL Database Server Backups and troubleshooting
∎ Maintain Antivirus Server with Security Polices
∎ Maintain Tally ERP 9 Server Backups and Troubleshooting
∎ Maintain HR Payroll Server Backups and Troubleshooting
∎ Maintain Internet Link and Bandwidth Up Time
∎ Maintain Online UPS
∎ Handle Video Conferencing
∎ Succession Plans for all critical roles
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to make decisions, cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadline analytical ability.
∎ Good speaking & written skill in English. Hindi will added extra preference. Candidates who have experience in automobile manufacture sector will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
