• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Agriculture / Food Engineering (MBA preferred).

• 2 to 5 years

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in FMCG or food processing industries.
• Strong knowledge of commodity markets (flour, sugar, palm oil, etc.) and supply chain practices.
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred).

Procurement & Sourcing

• Identify and source reliable suppliers for commodities like flour, sugar, palm oil, garlic powder, ghee flavor, sugar etc. and other raw materials.
• Conduct market analysis to track price trends, seasonal fluctuations, and availability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure procurement aligns with company budget, production needs, and compliance requirements.

Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Finance teams to forecast raw material requirements.
• Plan and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations.
• Support logistics arrangements for timely delivery of commodities.
• Maintain documentation for import/local purchases in compliance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure suppliers meet food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards (e.g., BSTI, ISO, HACCP requirements).
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure raw materials meet specifications.
• Follow internal policies and ethical procurement practices.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on commodity price trends, procurement costs, and supplier performance.
• Suggest cost-saving measures and risk mitigation strategies in sourcing.
• Support in annual procurement planning and budgeting.
