Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the paints market segment. This includes identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
∎ Conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Utilize this information to create effective marketing plans.
∎ Developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive product sales. This might involve collaborations with advertising agencies or internal marketing teams.
∎ Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders within the paints industry. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product development, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
∎ Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics. Analyzing these reports to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
∎ Providing training and guidance to junior team members or sales representatives to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years

∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing within the paints industry or a similar sector.
∎ Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

∎ Ability to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events.
